A journey, begun by Yolande Brugman, a woman with purpose
and a sharp eye for the finer detail, that most eyes miss.
Yolande, an excellent photographer, but also a mother of 2
beautiful young children, an ex-model and
being married, gives her the full spectrum of understanding
and knowledge of what its like to be on both sides of the
lens therefore offering a more comprehensive understanding
to those being photographed.
Working sometimes in conjunction with her husband Rey, gives
her the opportunity to be able to have two photographers
working on one job but with two different perspectives,
locations and angles. Both of whom are prepared to travel if
and when necessary.
The Photographic Journey specializes in Weddings and Family
albums, also with a focus on Kids and Pets. To compliment
this, Yolande also does specialist nude photography for
pregnant women in her studio or at the clients home if
necessary.
We work closely with our client and / or bridal couple to
make sure we fully understand their needs and we will do a
walk-through of the wedding 2 weeks prior to the actual day
to ensure that our lighting is correct and we have a good
understanding of what will happen on the special day.
